Hot Sauce Back Story

Since the early 2000s, I’ve had a deep passion for buffalo wings and a desire to create the perfect wing. I spent 5 years travelling the world as a consultant, and always sought out a city’s best wings in order to take notes and tweak my recipe and approach. Obsessed with continuous improvement, the sauce has evolved into what it is today.

I make this sauce in small batches from my home base in Seattle, WA. I hand pick every pepper that I use, and never compromise on quality if I don’t find what the hot sauce demands.
